The single, adds further proof that just maybe she has the potential to go on to some real global success (should she keep up this level of quality)
So if you know, you know and Yarlie the Swedish singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer is someone to keep on your radar.
A month or so back she released her brilliant debut Wreck. Unbelievably (for us) the track was essentially a pop track. However it had a certain je ne sais quoi which took it out of the regular run of the mill pop tracks: that we liked. The track showcased an independent artist with some real potential for global success. With that in mind we decided to interview here (check it out).
So a month down the line and she keeps up the momentum with her second single Blush. The single, adds further proof that just maybe she has the potential to go on to some real global success (should she keep up this level of quality). We must add that it is seriously early days and anything can happen but we have a good vibe about her. Blush is a down-tempo number with real texture, layers and some sumptuous synths to boot. The track has smidgens of an 80's vibe. The praise garnered from Apple Music Sound Of Sweden further testament to her talent.
While Wreck explored the fire and brimstone of the end of a relationship for Yarlie Blush is about the “intimacy and vulnerability” and “heartache” that relationships can bring.
Look out for the vid to accompany the single on the 23/04/2021.
